What Is Fitness Coaching?
There is a difference between Coaching and Training. While Training is transferring knowledge, Coaching is enhancing knowledge. Fitness Coaching is much more than just a daily routine with weights. We are adjusting your lifestyle.
Who Is Coaching For?
Fitness Coaching is for everyone. We all have some kind of troubles that we are working through. Whether this is dieting, weight loss, rehabilitation, strength training or flexibility. There is so much more you can use fitness coaching for.
What is The Process Like?
Real simple, the experience comes first. Before any payments take place, I run you through any program you interested in.
After we complete the steps we then discuss the convenient time to schedule routine training.
Lastly we will sign a 1 page liability form.
1. Proper Form
There could be a few things that could make this happen. The loss of focus during your lift or chronic poor form. It can be many things but getting hurt can be a huge setback. With my coaching plan, Lifting and Cardio need not to be dangerous when we adjust to a few concepts in mind.
