What Is Life Coaching?
I’ve fond it best to not only set Big Goals, but small little goals in a shorter period that build to one main goal. The most common – lose weight, burn the fat, build the muscle, are very easy to say and that’s the idea. But placing little goals in short time will better motivate you to shoot past our main purpose. This is learning Proper Form, Breathing Techniques, Diet Regimen, Exercise Routine, and etc.
All part of our main goal is to be happy and healthy as possible. We also want to look how we feel. Transforming your body and mind to naturally keep us feeling happy will all be obtainable. Obtainable by reaching these small goals and then surpassing them for bigger and better ones!
It takes professional with years of experience through trial and error to fully understand the difference between a persons body types, dietary needs, exercise regimens, and etc.
To properly reach an individuals highest potential through way of diet and exercise. It’s definitely not a size fits all when it comes to the gym. Understanding all the important factors are key to successfully achieving progress to reach each goal.
Fitness coaching for myself becomes much more than just daily routine with weights. I’m adjusting your lifestyle to make my coaching more habitable. With the result of you confidently on day doing it on your own. Then eventually instilling confidence in others.
Everybody has some type of stress in their life. Whether it be work related, relationship troubles, or day to day struggles. My type of training wasn’t meant or created to add stress or indefinitely take it away. We work on stress through circuit training, boxing, wrestling, weight training, power lifting, and much more.
Show me your problem areas. Bring them on your back and by the time you leave, the weight of what you came in with will soon leave. You will start to see a new way of healthy living with both mind and body.
